1. Shake out air bubbles before freezing for a crystal-clear finish.
2. Let rest (temper) 1–2 minutes after removing from the freezer to prevent cracking.
3. Release gently — pull sides away to break suction, then press up from the bottom center with your thumbs.
4. Ease into drink with tongs or a gentle touch — the top should stay dry for a polished presentation.
