Best Practices for Better Ice

1. Shake out air bubbles before freezing.
2. Let rest (temper) 1–2 minutes after removing from the freezer.
3. Release gently — pull the sides away, then press up from the bottom center with thumbs.
4. Ease into the drink with tongs or a gentle touch — keep the top surface dry.
