Best Practices for Better Ice
Shake out air bubbles before freezing.
Let rest (temper) 1–2 minutes after removing from the freezer.
Release gently by pulling the sides away, then pressing upward from the bottom center.
Lower into the drink with tongs or a gentle touch — keep the top surface dry.
