Best Practices for Better Ice
Shake out air bubbles before freezing.
Let rest (temper) 1–2 minutes after removing from freezer to prevent cracking.
Release gently — pull sides away, then press up from the bottom center with thumbs.
Ease into drink with tongs or a gentle touch — keep the top surface dry.
