Best Practices for Better Ice
- Shake out air bubbles before freezing for optimal clarity.
- Let rest (temper) 1–2 minutes after removing from freezer to reduce cracking.
- Release gently — pull the mold sides away, then press from the bottom center.
- Ease into drink with tongs or gentle handling — keep the top dry for best presentation.
⚠️ — Do not pour drink over ice cube. Ice should be added last. — ⚠️
