The Shackleton ice press is a 2 piece solid aluminum press that creates a 2.75 inch spheres in approximately 60 seconds. Use cylinder silicone mold and vacuum insulated jar to create impressive looking clear ice spheres. Both are included.
Simply remove the ice from the silicone mold and place it in the press to melt away any offending ice. Let gravity and the ambient temperature of the press do all the work. You are left with a clear ice sphere. The Shackleton Spheres melt more slowly and dilutes drinks less than traditional freezer ice.

Note, these are are large spheres, 2.75 inches (70mm) and not the regular 50 or 60mm you may see mass produced on other platforms.

Directions
Place jar with water filled silicone mold in freezer for 16 to 24 hours depending on your freezer.
Remove ice cylinder from mold and place between the two aluminum pieces.
Meanwhile... Make cocktail
In about 60 seconds, the cylinder will turn into a 2.75 inch (70mm) sphere.
